These rates reflect the best general market offers for reference purposes only. Your actual rate will be determined when your mortgage application is fully reviewed by your broker. Several factors influence your rate: credit score, down payment, debt ratios, and the type of property.
“Best market” figures follow what Ratehub.ca shows under Best market rates (ratehub.ca/meilleurs-taux-hypothecaires) — linked on purpose as an indicative third-party source (not affiliated with HypothequeGo.ca). Policy rate, prime, and bonds: Bank of Canada or public data. Figures are loaded from data/mortgage-rates.json, refreshed in-repo (often daily) by scripts/sync-ratehub-rates.py. Ratehub’s live page is the closest public match to the table.
